Location: Remote within Canada only
Salary: $156,250 - $218,750 per year (On Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team supporting large Canadian merchants across multiple verticals to drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
- Define and execute strategic vision, optimizing coverage models, playbooks, and performance metrics for scalable impact.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to deepen merchant engagement and accelerate adoption of solutions.
- Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes.
- Maintain executive stakeholder relationships internally and with merchant accounts to align goals and drive success.
- Drive operational rigor through forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years B2B client-facing commercial experience including 5+ years managing managers or senior individual contributors.
- Experience leading complex, strategic client relationships at executive and C-suite levels, including negotiating large commercial agreements.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication skills for proposals, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of consumer finance products, SaaS, e-commerce platforms, Salesforce, and BI/analytics tools preferred.
- Must be located in Canada or able to work remotely within Canada.
