TL;DR

Account Executive (HR-tech): Driving the growth of hirify.global by attracting and signing new mid-market companies with an accent on managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Focus on building robust revenue pipelines, accurately forecasting, and achieving revenue targets within a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in the NYC office 2-3 days a week.

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Perform outbound activities to build and grow the revenue pipeline.
  • Target key decision-makers and determine their buying readiness and timelines.
  • Capture and manage information, data, and metrics in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of closing experience within a SaaS company.
  • Experience closing deals valued at $25,000+ within organizations of 100+ employees.
  • Ability to prospect and generate 40-50% of your pipeline.
  • Proven experience of accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR-tech.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
