Account Executive (HR-tech): Driving the growth of hirify.global by attracting and signing new mid-market companies with an accent on managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area and willing to work in the NYC office 2-3 days a week.
Salary: $140,000–$200,000 OTE

What you will do
- Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Perform outbound activities to build and grow the revenue pipeline.
- Target key decision-makers and determine their buying readiness and timelines.
- Capture and manage information, data, and metrics in Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 1+ years of closing experience within a SaaS company.
- Experience closing deals valued at $25,000+ within organizations of 100+ employees.
- Ability to prospect and generate 40-50% of your pipeline.
- Proven experience of accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
