What you will do
- Win new business in the French market through a consultative sales approach.
- Build and execute a territory and account development strategy, including managing RFP/RFI processes.
- Develop and implement a best-in-class outbound sales motion, utilizing AI-driven tooling and partnering with a BDR.
- Collaborate closely with BDRs and Marketing to ensure a consistent, high-value customer experience.
- Share market insights and sales best practices to continuously improve team performance.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events and contribute to cross-functional initiatives supporting sales efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive role.
- Mandatory experience working in a SaaS company.
- Native in French and fluent in English.
- Must be based in France, ideally the Paris area.
- Ability to travel to clients and team meet-ups in coworking spaces.
- Love of digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing.
- Independent, proactive, organized, and curious mindset.

- Proven success against mid-market / SMB sales motion.
- Additional language proficiency.
