What you will do
- Conduct engaging product demos for inbound and outbound prospects globally, supporting both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, understanding their pain points and technical needs.
- Own the entire sales cycle independently, from qualification to closing, exceeding monthly revenue quotas.
- Collaborate with Marketing to share insights on lead quality and regional trends, and with Product to communicate customer feedback.
- Identify new use cases and vertical opportunities, helping shape hirify.global’s go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
- Builder mindset with a strong understanding of workflow automation and AI-powered solutions.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational automation, chatbots, or customer experience platforms.
- Background in digital or conversational marketing.
- Familiarity with APIs, technical integrations, or building more advanced demos.
