Location: Hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely or from the Barcelona office.

What you will do

  • Conduct engaging product demos for inbound and outbound prospects globally, supporting both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, understanding their pain points and technical needs.
  • Own the entire sales cycle independently, from qualification to closing, exceeding monthly revenue quotas.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to share insights on lead quality and regional trends, and with Product to communicate customer feedback.
  • Identify new use cases and vertical opportunities, helping shape hirify.global’s go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.
  • Builder mindset with a strong understanding of workflow automation and AI-powered solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).

Nice to have

  • Experience with conversational automation, chatbots, or customer experience platforms.
  • Background in digital or conversational marketing.
  • Familiarity with APIs, technical integrations, or building more advanced demos.
