What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Provide hands-on call coaching and structured role-play sessions to boost confidence and conversion.
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align on pipeline targets.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and modern sales engagement platforms for personalized outreach.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to refine demand generation and enhance messaging.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years leading BDR/SDR teams within a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Skilled in Enterprise outbound, cold calling, and target account engagement.
  • Strong coaching abilities to motivate and upskill teams.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Cognism.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
