Location: Remote. Must be based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, or Switzerland).

What you will do

  • Drive net-new business acquisition and identify expansion opportunities in the DACH mid-market segment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for the experience intelligence platform, owning territory and pipeline.
  • Prospect into and build multi-threaded relationships across various teams and senior executives.
  • Lead discovery conversations focused on business impact and ROI, and manage complex negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to build strategic adoption plans and advance deals.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, maintain CRM hygiene, and proactively manage risks for predictable quarter execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales hunter experience (new logo/revenue acquisition) or relevant SaaS experience.
  • Full English & German language skills are required.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Structured and disciplined, with high accountability for forecast accuracy and pipeline quality.
  • Comfortable navigating complex buying cycles in the DACH region and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Operates with ownership, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
