TL;DR

Account Manager (German Speaking): Nurturing existing customer relationships and driving expansion of hirify.global's highest-valued hospitality customers with an accent on achieving sales quotas and customer satisfaction. Focus on monitoring usage data, advocating customer needs, and owning the customer strategy for retention and growth.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany. Ability to work from pretty much anywhere in the world for 60 days a year (People Experience benefit).

What you will do

  • Nurture strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their ongoing success.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans.
  • Monitor customer usage data and health indicators to strategize for account retention and growth.
  • Advocate industry and customer needs within the organization to support innovation prioritization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve at-risk events.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment.
  • Professional poise and confidence while communicating with customers.
  • Great task and time management skills for handling funnels and proactive customer engagement.
  • German language skills are a must.
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to use Salesforce and Churn Zero.
  • Industry expertise in retail/hospitality.
