Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and execute proactive outbound prospecting initiatives for the Middle East region.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and position solutions effectively.
- Develop strategic market insights and track performance metrics to refine outreach approaches.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnership teams to ensure alignment.
- Partner with Marketing to maximize ROI from regional events, digital initiatives, and content efforts.
- Act as a brand ambassador, serving as the primary point of contact for prospects in the region.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Must have Arabic language capability.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience working in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to engage prospects through multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Nice to have
- Additional French language skills.
- Familiarity with the UAE and wider Middle East market.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms like Salesforce or SalesLoft.
