What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for customer sales inquiries, ensuring a high level of service
• Provide administrative and technical support for contract management and order history
• Coordinate the shipping process for goods in collaboration with logistics and production departments
• Support the internal Business Development function
• Handle registration and forwarding of contracts to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience managing sales-related documentation and customer relations
• Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with 1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP is an advantage)
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages
• Bachelor's degree in economics, logistics, or administration
