TL;DR

Inside Sales Account Manager: Promoting and aiding the sale of hirify.global products and solutions within an assigned territory with an accent on investigating customer needs, recommending solutions, and building relations. Focus on identifying new prospects, motivating regional sales managers, and driving attendance at promotional activities.

Location: On-Site in Frisco, TX, USA. The ideal candidate will be located within reasonable driving distance to our Frisco, TX Axis Experience Center.

Salary: $68,000-$73,500 OTE (based on education, experience, and location)

What you will do

  • Investigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions, recommending proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisons.
  • Research, identify, and follow up with new prospects, leveraging the sales team for assistance.
  • Build and maintain fluid relations with potential and existing customers, resellers, integrators, and partners.
  • Analyze channel partner program eligibility and either accept or reject applications.
  • Motivate regional sales managers, identify opportunities, and determine which customers to pursue and allocate resources to achieve initiatives.
  • Strategize, solicit, and drive attendance at trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars, and other promotional sales activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a sales-driven position.
  • Solid technical skills, including an understanding of networking infrastructure.
  • Outstanding communication and independent decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% annually.

Nice to have

  • Work experience in the Information Technology Industry.
  • 2+ years’ experience in technical sales.
