TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive: Nurturing and managing a sales pipeline for cloud contact center software solutions with an accent on identifying, qualifying, and closing prospects to meet and exceed monthly quotas. Focus on driving the sales process and articulating the company's value proposition for CCaaS/UCaaS products.

Location: Hybrid in San Ramon, CA, requiring 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thu) in the office. This role is open to candidates based in the United States.

Salary: $39,600 - $76,800 USD (base salary, yearly)

What you will do

  • Nurture and follow up on warm leads, building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Identify, qualify, and close prospects through a consultative approach.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and quotas.
  • Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Articulate the company's value proposition and be a subject matter expert on services and products.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS).
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone, email, and web-conference.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales processes and closing business over the phone.
  • Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • College degree (BA/BS) is required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and understanding of contact center and unified communications technology and concepts.
  • Experience with cloud services and VoIP.
  • Understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Applications.
