What you will do

• Administer and enforce security policies at data centers, collaborating with collocation partners.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and create remediation programs for findings.
• Develop and implement security training programs for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Lead investigations into security incidents and ensure timely audit reports.
• Manage facility access policies, requests, and revocations, enforcing "least privilege".
• Engage with hirify.global customers to ensure their security program needs are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in a physical security field (law enforcement/military experience applicable if in physical security capacity).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have US work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future.
• In-depth knowledge of physical security principles and a passion for making facilities more secure.
• Strong organizational discipline, writing, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science, criminal justice, or a related field.
• Electronic Physical Security Certifications (e.g., Genetec, Axis).
• Professional certification (e.g., PSP, CPP, CPTED).
• IT and computer networking experience.
• Prior experience as a people manager and team leader, or physical security design/project management.
