Senior Information Security Analyst (IAM): Improving the overall security posture of the organization by managing and optimizing the Internal Identity & Access Management program with an accent on least privilege access and non-human identities. Focus on designing scalable processes, implementing IGA tools, and ensuring secure Agentic AI workflows.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA and authorized to work without sponsorship)

Salary: $113,000 - $176,000 (base) + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Provide operational support for IAM administration tools, including application onboarding and role definitions.
• Execute recertification campaigns based on security and audit requirements.
• Analyze and implement improvements to data quality and role decisions across integrated systems.
• Enforce a strict Least Privilege access model while balancing user experience.
• Develop and refine Information Security Policies & Standards.
• Define governance strategies and technical controls for Agentic AI Workflows and Non-Human Identities (NHIDs).

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with IT Governance and Compliance, specifically SOC2 and Data Governance.
• Understanding of Non-Human Identities (NHIs) and their security challenges.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with IGA tools such as Sailpoint or Saviynt.
• Knowledge of IdP, MFA, Zero Trust Access (ZTA), and PAM platforms.
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and AWS IAM policies.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Experience with 'Source of Truth' integrations (e.g., Workday/BambooHR).
