What you will do

• Build and manage Cloud Security Posture, related platforms, and enterprise processes.
• Co-own the implementation of multiple enterprise Cybersecurity programs.
• Design and implement security solutions for cloud-based systems, including IAM, network security, data protection, and DevSecOps.
• Research and implement security automations in partnership with IT and other cross-functional teams.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Maintain technical proficiency and certifications relevant to cloud security architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technology-driven security solutions, with an emphasis on cloud infrastructure in defense or related industries.
• Expertise in Azure and AWS infrastructure services and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with EDR, Firewall, SIEM, or other common Cybersecurity solutions.
• Knowledge of IT security risk assessments and frameworks such as NIST 800 series, CMMC, and CIS Controls.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Cybersecurity or SOC Engineer with a focus on Cloud infrastructure.
• 7+ years of experience with Linux, Azure, and AWS.
• Deep experience with AI and LLM platforms and their associated security.
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, and integration of multiple platforms.
