What you will do

• Build the Application Security function from the ground up.
• Implement security controls for AI agents, including sandboxes, identity, and authorization systems.
• Define and execute the software supply chain security strategy, including SCA/SBOM analysis.
• Develop a comprehensive threat model for the software stack and drive the pentesting program.
• Integrate SAST tools into CI/CD pipelines and implement a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Contribute to agentic AI incident detection and response (SOC) and internal AI agents.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python or Golang.
• Track record of architecting and building complex software systems.
• Familiarity with common application logic exploit vectors.
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Proven experience building programs from 0 to 1.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
