What you will do

• Manage and lead a team of 360 recruiters through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, both new and existing.
• Actively source and qualify candidates, leading from the front.
• Coach and train team members on recruitment best practices and core software technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a recruitment manager, overseeing a team of 3+ recruiters.
• Prior recruitment experience, ideally within Software Engineering.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams, setting performance goals, and exceeding targets.
• Must be based in New York, US.
• English: B2 required.
