What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for building candidate pipelines.
• Manage client relationships professionally and responsively throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Conduct role briefings, set client expectations, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver recruitment services following agreed client processes and using competency interviewing.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition to candidates.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment process effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong experience recruiting for medical technology/med device companies.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 5+ years of experience in competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
• Ability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone is required.

Nice to have

• 4-year degree preferred.
