What you will do
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for building candidate pipelines.
- Manage client relationships professionally and responsively throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Conduct role briefings, set client expectations, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Deliver recruitment services following agreed client processes and using competency interviewing.
- Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition to candidates.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment process effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong experience recruiting for medical technology/med device companies.
- 5+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers.
- 5+ years of experience in competency/behavioral based interviews.
- 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
- Ability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone is required.
