What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions in EMEA and the US.
• Partner with Sales and Customer leaders to define hiring plans aligned to revenue targets.
• Run structured, high-quality interview processes that protect candidate experience.
• Proactively source senior commercial talent in competitive markets.
• Advise hiring managers on market insights, compensation benchmarks, and talent strategy.
• Improve hiring frameworks, scorecards, and interview quality across GTM.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on GTM recruitment.
• Experience hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Solutions roles.
• Proven success recruiting in SaaS / technology environments.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple regions (EMEA and US preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with VP/C-level leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to influence using insights.
