TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA - EST timezone required for fully remote, or Boston area for occasional onsite work)

What you will do

  • Build and extend client relationships through full-cycle recruitment process delivery.
  • Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools.
  • Conduct client interactions professionally and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including role briefings and candidate assessment.
  • Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition to candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with strong medical technology/med device company experience.
  • 5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
  • 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies (market mapping, Boolean searches).
  • High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
  • Must be based in the USA, with EST timezone required for fully remote roles, or in the Boston area for occasional onsite work.
