- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools.
- Conduct client interactions professionally and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage the recruitment process, including role briefings and candidate assessment.
- Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition to candidates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with strong medical technology/med device company experience.
- 5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
- 5+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
- 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies (market mapping, Boolean searches).
- High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
- Must be based in the USA, with EST timezone required for fully remote roles, or in the Boston area for occasional onsite work.
