Contract Senior IT Recruiter (IT Recruitment)

TL;DR

Senior IT Recruiter (IT Recruitment): Sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates for IT and Corporate positions for a global technology client with an accent on building talent pools and client relationship management. Focus on executing multi-channel sourcing strategies, conducting competency-based interviews, and optimizing recruitment processes.

Location: Hybrid in San Juan or Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Requires 2-3 days onsite weekly. If based in San Juan, one to two days onsite monthly, day trip only, to Aguadilla is required.

What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools for current and future requirements.
• Manage client relationships through timely, professional, and responsive interactions.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process.
• Follow agreed client recruitment processes for recruitment delivery.
• Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates in the presentation and short-list process.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition to candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in information technology and corporate positions recruitment.
• Ability to work a local hybrid schedule weekly in San Juan or Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
• Ability to travel to Aguadilla 1-2 times monthly for an onsite day trip if based in San Juan.
• 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches.
• High School Diploma.
