Salary: $90,000-$125,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and deliver multi-channel, segmented demand generation programs to build awareness, spark engagement, and move prospects through the funnel.
  • Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, tracking and improving MQLs, TQLs, and TQL-MQL conversion rates.
  • Create clear, executable campaign plans defining audiences, messaging, assets, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Partner with the marketing team to execute segmented email campaigns, including audience segmentation, copy creation, setup, QA, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels, building actionable reports on pipeline contribution, funnel conversion, ROI, and budget pacing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles with direct campaign execution ownership.
  • Proven hands-on experience executing paid search (Google Ads) and paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook).
  • Strong experience building, deploying, and optimizing segmented email campaigns using platforms like Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, marketing attribution tools, and performance dashboards like PowerBI or Hockeystack.
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
