TL;DR

Revenue Marketing Manager: Driving pipeline growth and accelerating revenue through integrated, regionally aligned marketing programs with an accent on account planning, campaign execution, and sales enablement. Focus on identifying pipeline gaps, optimizing conversion rates, and supporting sales strategic accounts.

Location: Hybrid in New York, New York, with pay scales determined by US location.

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 a year

What you will do

  • Own the strategic accounts account planning and execution (ABM).
  • Act as the primary marketing partner to RVPs and AEs regarding strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute regionally focused, integrated campaigns across field, digital, partner, and SDR channels.
  • Manage regional field event execution from beginning to end.
  • Monitor funnel performance (MQL → S1 → Opp → Closed Won) and identify conversion gaps.
  • Own direct mail strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics and revenue operations.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership.
  • Proven ability to execute integrated, cross-channel campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with Marketing Automation tools (Marketo) and SFDC.

  • Experience with drafting messaging and content writing.
