Salary: $105,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Take ownership of pipeline growth and define how to scale demand.
• Lead ongoing testing across channels, messages, and motions.
• Leverage AI systems to 10x output for yourself and the team.
• Strengthen the connection between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
• Lay the foundation for operational excellence and scalable growth systems.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on growth experience driving demand or pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experimentation mindset to design tests across multiple demand channels.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate growth and execution, scaling productivity.
• Experience building or managing lifecycle marketing programs.
• Strong analytical instincts for funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis.
• Fluency in marketing & revenue operations, including CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Hubspot).

Nice to have

• Experience working in the Shopify ecosystem.
• Agency experience as a media planner or strategist.
• Owned Product-led Growth initiatives.
