What you will do
- Formulate and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy for the Italian markets.
- Drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base and developing new customers and use cases.
- Identify, structure, lead, and close large deals by teaming with core sales teams.
- Build trusted relationships with Heads of Customer Service, VPs, and CxOs.
- Evangelize radical transformation and AI benefits in customer service at meetings and events.
- Define and execute plans to accelerate the growth of the Service Cloud solution.
Requirements
- Extensive background in service applications and/or operational Customer Service Management.
- Strong track record of successful selling Customer Service/Customer Engagement solutions into the Market.
- Proven understanding of Customer Service Business, Customer Service Operations, and buyer's profiles.
- Strong analytic and task-solving skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
- English: B2 required.
