What you will do

  • Develop and drive long-term account strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging appropriate cross-functional resources.
  • Build and maintain key customer stakeholder relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Perform territory identification and research to formalize go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive growth within assigned existing accounts.
  • Share the hirify.global value proposition with existing and new customers.

Requirements

  • Strong technology sales experience (5-10 years) in Software or Business Applications, selling to Enterprise grade.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English is required.
  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and proven revenue achievement in the Italian market.
  • Successful history of net new business sales and consistent quota overachievement.
  • Background in both inbound and outbound prospecting and closing new business.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

  • Preference for candidates with Insurance sector industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Sales Methodology Education.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with little direct supervision.
