What you will do
- Own the entire sales process from qualification to close, achieving average land deals of €35–45K ARR.
- Test and scale outbound sales tactics to build a repeatable and sustainable pipeline.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with engineering leaders and technical buyers.
- Drive sales efficiency by improving internal processes, content, and tooling.
- Collaborate closely with Product to share customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience at a B2B SaaS company, with Mid-Market experience.
- Track record of closing 4-figure deals and holding a +600K ARR quota.
- Proven top 10% performance within previous sales teams.
- Highly tech-savvy, having sold to technical stakeholders (IT operations, DevOps, SecOps, software engineers) and/or possessing coding/engineering background.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and hunter mindset for outbound sales.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Must be based in Europe.

- Experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies, and/or startups at Series A-C stage.
