Location: Hybrid role, ideally based in Italy with in-person client meetings required.

What you will do

  • Work on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from qualification to close, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Launch and manage client accounts during their first year, ensuring successful implementation and driving account growth.
  • Conduct in-person visits with prospective clients to establish strong relationships and gain deeper insights.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and track revenue performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in B2B sales or account executive role, preferably in enterprise sales or with large organizations.
  • Hybrid Professional: Comfortable with both remote work and conducting in-person client meetings, ideally based in Italy.
  • Communication: Proficient verbal and written Italian and professional English level.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, skilled in consultative selling and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop account plans and execute market expansion strategies.
  • Proficient in sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
