Senior Technical Account Manager

What you will do

• Engage consultatively with large North American customers and establish relationships with their senior technical leadership.
• Help hirify.global customers maximize the value of their Postgres investment and develop proliferation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership for major Postgres initiatives, including solutions consulting, architecture guidance, and project management.
• Coordinate interaction between hirify.global's internal teams (Professional Services, Field CTO, CSM, Technical Support, Account Team) and the customer.
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire hirify.global product line and provide product fehirify.globalack to management.
• Function as a front-line technical resource for best practices and manage customer escalations for faster resolution.

Requirements

• At least eight (8) years of hands-on experience with Postgres, Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL Server; professional certifications are desirable.
• Advanced technical skills in data management platforms, operating systems, cloud technologies, and technical architecture.
• Knowledgeable about data analytics and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including interaction with CxO level personnel.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent technical training/industry experience.
• Travel is required up to 25% percent of the time.
• Expected to complete the hirify.global Postgres Professional Certification within 6 months.
