Focus on delivering a 5-star customer experience, ensuring ROI on mission-critical business solutions, and optimizing workflows through product expertise and strategic recommendations.

What you will do
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver a 5-star customer experience and drive ROI.
- Enable customers on best practices to ensure adoption of solutions in enterprise environments.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Account Executives, and Business Stakeholders.
- Demo products and draft recommendations to improve customer workflows and business processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for products and advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a field services role (Professional Services, Technical Support, Solutions Engineer).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with debate and initiating discussions.
- Natural collaborator, working effectively with diverse teams.
- Champion of the customer, committed to customer success.
Nice to have
- Industry expertise in Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM).
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
