What you will do

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver a 5-star customer experience and drive ROI.
  • Enable customers on best practices to ensure adoption of hirify.global solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Account Executives, and Business Stakeholders.
  • Demo products and draft recommendations to improve customer workflows and business processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for hirify.global products and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a field services role (Professional Services, Technical Support, Solutions Engineer).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with debate and initiating discussions.
  • Natural collaborator, working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Champion of the customer, committed to customer success.

Nice to have

  • Industry expertise in Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM).
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
