TL;DR

Senior Technical Success Manager (AI): Owning technical success and post-sales relationships for enterprise customers by leading adoption, optimization, and integration of hirify.global's observability platform with an accent on driving customer value and fostering long-term partnerships. Focus on solving real-time technical problems, aligning product capabilities with business infrastructure, and influencing product direction through customer feedback.

Location: This role supports a flexible workforce model, allowing work from various locations including fully office-based, fully remote, or hybrid. The role is field-based and may require travel. Must be based in the USA. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $203,000–$254,000 USD (On-Target Earnings Range)

What you will do

  • Own customer adoption, onboarding, and continued success within your account base.
  • Lead all aspects of the adoption, optimization, and integration of hirify.global’s products within customers’ business infrastructure.
  • Partner with the Sales team to identify revenue opportunities through upsell of new services and contract renewals.
  • Provide customer feedback to hirify.global product management and engineering groups, advocating for new product features.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business and technical environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre or post-sales experience within the software industry.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated pre or post-sales experience working with enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical background and customer orientation.
  • Ability to keep up-to-date project plans and documentation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be interested in or have previous experience with performance monitoring tools (infrastructure, application, web, mobile, user experience).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with one or more development languages: Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, Node.js, Golang.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies: Kubernetes, containers, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD.
  • Background in mobile device platforms and architectures (iOS & Android).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
