Salary: $203,000–$254,000 USD (On-Target Earnings Range)

What you will do
- Own customer adoption, onboarding, and continued success within your account base.
- Lead all aspects of the adoption, optimization, and integration of hirify.global’s products within customers’ business infrastructure.
- Partner with the Sales team to identify revenue opportunities through upsell of new services and contract renewals.
- Provide customer feedback to hirify.global product management and engineering groups, advocating for new product features.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business and technical environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre or post-sales experience within the software industry.
- 3+ years of demonstrated pre or post-sales experience working with enterprise customers.
- Strong technical background and customer orientation.
- Ability to keep up-to-date project plans and documentation.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be interested in or have previous experience with performance monitoring tools (infrastructure, application, web, mobile, user experience).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with one or more development languages: Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, Node.js, Golang.
- Exposure to cloud technologies: Kubernetes, containers, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD.
- Background in mobile device platforms and architectures (iOS & Android).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
