What you will do

• Take ownership of customers' technical success with the hirify.global Platform.
• Provide support for automation process discovery initiatives and address technical requirements.
• Proactively engage and influence customers, guiding the technical maturity of their automation programs.
• Provide hirify.global Platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Enable technical stakeholders on hirify.global Platform best practices relevant to their automation pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Support and other subject matter experts to manage escalated support incidents.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or relevant degree.
• A minimum 7 years experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java or Powershell).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Load Balancer and DNS.
• Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Relevant work experience in customer-facing, technical account management or technical consulting roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, proactive team player.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with hirify.global, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice automation platforms.
