What you will do

• Collaborate with prospects to translate strategic priorities into impactful use cases.
• Develop compelling demos and business cases highlighting industry benchmarks.
• Present value-based solutions to C-Level executives, articulating platform differentiators.
• Document and convey technical architectures (hosting, authentication, security, high-availability).
• Lead preparation and delivery of technical and functional responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Lead technical demos, workshops, and trials, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, strategy consulting, or a related field.
• Proven experience with value selling methodologies, including discovery and value assessment.
• Strong client-facing skills with confident and empathetic presentation abilities.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of technology in the workplace and digital transformation.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset for problem-solving.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid basis in London, United Kingdom.
