What you will do
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle for Interfolio solutions, including new business development, renewals, and account expansion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with universities and research organisations as a trusted commercial partner.
- Employ a consultative, value-based sales approach to understand customer needs and position Interfolio solutions.
- Work closely with Solution Engineers and cross-functional teams to support solution demonstrations, proposals, and complex sales cycles.
- Navigate public-sector and higher-education procurement processes, including multi-stakeholder decision environments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales or solutions account management.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex, workflow-based software solutions in structured or regulated environments.
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder-management skills, with comfort engaging senior decision-makers.
- Experience working cross-functionally in international or matrixed organisations.
- Understanding of subscription-based SaaS models, including renewals and expansion.
- Ability to work across multiple European markets, with willingness to travel as required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
