What you will do

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships and strategic partnerships with C-suite executives and global stakeholders.
  • Leverage expertise in CX workforce transformation and enterprise CX solutions to craft tailored, high-value proposals.
  • Identify new CX opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver highly customized solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Manage relationships with CX personas for current customers and identify new growth paths.
  • Strategically manage a high-value pipeline with long sales cycles to ensure consistent progress toward closing significant deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience managing complex "lead to close" sales cycles for customer service software, preferably in strategic software sales.
  • Proven experience in the acquisition of new customers (Hunter role).
  • Experienced in Value Selling and other key sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger Sale, BASHO).
  • Strong domain knowledge and sales experience in Customer Service Software.
  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a geographic territory.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
