TL;DR

Regional Marketing Manager (Investment Management): Leading the execution of regional marketing activities across key European markets with an accent on supporting Sales priorities and aligning with global initiatives. Focus on translating regional needs into practical, well-executed campaigns, events, and webinars, involving hands-on delivery and strong stakeholder engagement.

Location: London (hybrid) with regular travel to Paris required, especially in the early stages. Right to work in the UK is required.

What you will do

  • Lead the delivery of regional marketing activity across key European markets.
  • Execute campaigns, events, and webinars that support Sales priorities and align with global marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams, central marketing, and external agencies.
  • Translate regional needs into practical, well-executed marketing activity.
  • Build consistency and impact across Continental Europe.
  • Work closely with Paris-based teams, requiring regular travel.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns, webinars, and/or events across regions.
  • A hands-on approach with ownership of activity from planning through to execution and review.
  • Confidence working closely with Sales teams to prioritise and support regional initiatives.
  • Experience managing agencies and coordinating activity across central and regional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Comfort operating in environments where priorities, processes, and success metrics continue to evolve.
  • Right to work in the UK is required.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in the French language.
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software.
  • Marketing experience to investment management clients.
