What you will do

  • Execute and refine brand strategy to support business growth and customer trust.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across channels, products, and communications.
  • Manage creative teams and creative agency to deliver marketing campaign materials.
  • Partner with Product, Sales & Service, Legal/Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to embed brand thinking across the organization.
  • Monitor brand health metrics to optimize messaging, positioning, and creative effectiveness.
  • Serve as a brand subject-matter expert and advisor to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and compliance teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience of working in a brand or creative agency.
  • Experience of working with multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Experience with brand measurement tools and customer research.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Familiarity with digital-first brands and omnichannel marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
