What you will do
- Collaborate on end-to-end campaign setup, tracking, and process adherence.
- Support field marketing managers with event and program execution, including logistics and website management.
- Identify and implement workflow automation tools, potentially using AI agents.
- Own planning and execution of regional webinar programs and field events.
- Liaise with stakeholders for content creation and speaker coordination.
- Report on event and campaign results.
Requirements
- Must be a student in a Master's apprenticeship program (minimum 18 months, ideally 2 years).
- Master/BS or BA in marketing, communication, or business.
- Eager to learn fast and curious with an analytical mindset.
- Detail-oriented and methodical with strong project management capabilities.
- English proficiency required.
- Ability to work simultaneously on various projects and take ownership.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French or German.
