What you will do

• Collaborate on end-to-end campaign setup, tracking, and process adherence.
• Support field marketing managers with event and program execution, including logistics and website management.
• Identify and implement workflow automation tools, potentially using AI agents.
• Own planning and execution of regional webinar programs and field events.
• Liaise with stakeholders for content creation and speaker coordination.
• Report on event and campaign results.

Requirements

• Must be a student in a Master's apprenticeship program (minimum 18 months, ideally 2 years).
• Master/BS or BA in marketing, communication, or business.
• Eager to learn fast and curious with an analytical mindset.
• Detail-oriented and methodical with strong project management capabilities.
• English proficiency required.
• Ability to work simultaneously on various projects and take ownership.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French or German.
