What you will do
- Engage with potential new customers primarily through cold calling, and also via emails and LinkedIn, to identify opportunities.
- Help prospects understand hirify.global’s value and how it can support their business.
- Work closely with Account Executives across Europe to ensure appointments progress down the sales funnel.
- Meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce and Outreach) to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information.
- Invest in personal development by following trainings and sharing best practices.
