Solutions Engineer (US)

Location: Must be based in the US East Coast; regular travel may be required for team meetings, events, and customer engagements.

What you will do

• Partner with the growth team to understand customer requirements and design aligned technical solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, RFP support, and proof-of-value evaluations.
• Analyze customer environments and architect scalable, secure, and reliable solutions using hirify.global.
• Design integrations with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, reporting tools, and developer tooling.
• Support onboarding, technical issue resolution, training, and knowledge transfer with customer success and support teams.
• Gather customer feedback, contribute to roadmap discussions, and develop technical documentation and market-facing content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or DevOps operations.
• Experience engaging customers, understanding technical requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with artifact management solutions, including hirify.global or similar platforms, is relevant.
• Must be based in the US East Coast and have the right to work independently without sponsorship.

• Certifications in cloud computing, DevOps, or related technologies.
