What you will do

• Engage with company clients through a ticketing system and LiveChat.
• Help clients with CRM settings.
• Identify and report system and functional issues, redirecting them to the appropriate team members.
• Monitor the process until issues are resolved.
• Resolve configuration-related issues and inform clients on how they can resolve these issues themselves.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, able to provide step-by-step technical assistance, both written and oral.
• Attention to detail, perseverance, and ability to work with a large volume of information.

Nice to have

• Experience in an IT support role.
• Experience in providing technical support to companies in the B2B segment.
• Knowledge of the Forex market.
