TL;DR

Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Candidates must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.

What you will do

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering personalized support and addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Proactively manage and follow up on client inquiries/complaints in accordance with internal policies.
  • Perform trade investigation, validation, and affirmation for MT4.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Retail Services, Settlements, Compliance) to deliver a personalized client experience.
  • Be the subject matter expert on hirify.global's trading products and platforms, staying updated on market conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work in shifts (13:00-00:00, 14:00-01:00, 15:00-02:00).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with clients.
  • Fluent Level of Spanish and proficient knowledge of the English language (both verbal and written).
  • Affinity and interest in the financial markets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and Service desk systems, preferably Zendesk and Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Fluent Portuguese.
