What you will do

• Respond promptly to B2B client inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
• Assist clients with account access, platform navigation, payment processes, and technical issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues internally, ensuring fast resolution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, platform updates, payment systems, and support procedures.
• Report recurring issues and client feedback to help improve the platform and service experience.
• Collaborate effectively with other support agents, account managers, and departments across time zones.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking, with a customer-first mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially for payments, KYC/verification, and technical inquiries.
• Experience in customer support, fintech, crypto, or iGaming is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, online platforms, CRM, and ticketing systems (Zendesk).
• Understanding of payment provider logic, workflow, and infrastructure.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
