What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for UK and EMEA markets.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting using multi-channel outreach.
- Manage and convert inbound leads from the CRM into demos and active trials.
- Deliver tailored product demos and guide prospects through trial activation and conversion.
- Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline by balancing inbound and outbound efforts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Product to align strategies and share customer insights.
Requirements
- Must be located in Spain.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development (inbound + outbound), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of the UK market and EMEA.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Proven ability to balance inbound lead handling with outbound prospecting.
Nice to have
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Spanish language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with SaaS and marketing ecosystems (social media tools, digital agencies).
- Comfortable adopting new tools (automation, AI assistants, or enrichment platforms).
