Location: Hybrid in Florida, Tampa Bay Area, USA. Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas for hirify.global’s CRM solutions.
  • Conduct consultative conversations and product demonstrations with in-trial customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Proactively search for business opportunities and market trends.
  • Become a specialist in hirify.global’s solutions to provide right-fit solutions.
  • Create loyal hirify.global clients through outbound calls to prospective and current trial customers.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of proven, relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely well organized with great attention to detail.
  • Customer and results-oriented with strong active listening and questioning skills.
  • Experience with the full sales cycle.
