Location: Hybrid in Paris, France or Lisbon, Portugal.

What you will do

  • Own and meet target quotas for qualified opportunities, sales pipeline value, and revenue.
  • Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
  • Discover customer pain points, map them to hirify.global solutions, and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders including account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
  • Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce.
  • Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes.

Requirements

  • Required languages: English and French.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in the technology industry.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
  • Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS.
  • Experience in Outreach and Salesforce.
