What you will do
- Own and meet target quotas for qualified opportunities, sales pipeline value, and revenue.
- Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
- Discover customer pain points, map them to hirify.global solutions, and qualify sales opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders including account executives, marketing, and sales operations.
- Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using Salesforce.
- Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes.
Requirements
- Required languages: English and French.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in the technology industry.
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity.
- Aptitude to learn technical concepts and terms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS.
- Experience in Outreach and Salesforce.
