What you will do

  • Qualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads, obtain contact information, and begin targeting campaigns.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert initial interest into sales-accepted leads.
  • Articulate sales pitches effectively to secure meetings for sales teams.
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with customers in the CRM.
  • Strategize with Account Executives to target prospect accounts and build pipeline.
  • Achieve quarterly targets, including qualified lead/meeting quotas.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish & fluent in English (C1).
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective listening abilities.
  • Passionate about delighting customers with previous experience in a customer-facing environment (phone or face-to-face).
  • Excited by technology, curious, and eager to learn about IT Security products and services.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and hold oneself accountable to targets.
  • Creative, able to think independently, and generate new solutions.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes to team success.
  • Ability to effectively qualify leads and uncover customer needs.
