TL;DR

Manager, Sales Development (Cybersecurity): Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives to build top-of-funnel pipelines across enterprise segments, driving outbound strategy and ensuring sales-marketing collaboration. Focus on optimizing team performance through data, best practices, and developing sales talent in a cybersecurity context.

Location: Hybrid-remote in Barcelona, Spain, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6+ Enterprise Sales Development Reps.
  • Coach reps on strategies and techniques for prospecting into whitespace Enterprises and increasing cross-sell.
  • Partner closely with Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Marketing teams to execute territory plans.
  • Drive people development, operational excellence, and deliver results.

Requirements

  • Experience as a successful SDR Leader or manager of a frontline sales/SDR team.
  • Experience driving business results for a hi-tech company.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like Tableau.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and promote top sales talent.
  • Project Management experience and the ability to proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • An engaging communication style with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop your team.
  • Fluency in English (C1+) and a Nordic/Benelux language.

Nice to have

  • Cyber Security industry experience.
  • Advanced experience using Salesforce CRM to monitor lead flow and SDR activity metrics.
  • Advanced experience in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
