Manager, Corporate Sales Growth (Cybersecurity): Leading and developing a team of Account Managers to drive customer expansion and retention for cybersecurity solutions with an accent on achieving ARR targets and customer advocacy. Focus on strategic account planning, coaching on QBR delivery, and identifying expansion opportunities in the DACH region.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 Account Managers.
  • Drive the team to exceed expansion ARR targets ($5-7M annually) and achieve 125%+ NRR.
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1s focused on account strategy and relationship development.
  • Review and approve account plans for strategic customers and participate in executive-level QBRs.
  • Monitor NRR, expansion pipeline, and customer health metrics.
  • Build a customer reference program and drive case studies and testimonials.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of account management or customer success leadership experience.
  • 3-5 years of individual contributor account management with 120%+ NRR.
  • Track record of leading teams to exceed expansion targets.
  • Strong strategic account planning and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and customer success platforms.
  • Fluency in English and German required.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS management experience.
  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple countries.
  • Customer success methodology certification.
