TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. The company offers a remote work from abroad policy.

What you will do

  • Manage and close the Rated Pipeline, focusing on high-conversion opportunities from referrals and inbound inquiries.
  • Acquire new suppliers in the Benelux and UK markets, boosting response rates and driving value through the hirify.global onboarding experience.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and webinars, articulating the strategic business value of hirify.global Sustainability Ratings.
  • Proactively nurture assigned leads, identify high-value prospects, and engage them with customized outreach.
  • Act as a CSR expert to mitigate risks and handle objections in the hirify.global evaluation process.
  • Capture and report internal and customer-sourced insights to team leaders and other business units.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
  • Full professional fluency in Dutch and English and a deep understanding of the Benelux business culture.
  • Experience with cold-calling.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international team environment.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting with strong organizational skills.
