What you will do

  • Be the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned customer accounts, engaging proactively and ensuring consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and align product capabilities to strategic priorities.
  • Develop and maintain shared success plans, outlining key milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Proactively guide customers in achieving objectives by leveraging product features and providing recommendations.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify additional use cases for upselling and cross-selling, expanding footprint.
  • Manage client consumption, renewal, and retention, escalating risks as necessary for timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Ability to engage proactively with various customer teams on a regular basis.
  • Capacity to deeply understand unique business goals and align product capabilities.
  • Experience in leading discovery sessions to identify additional use cases or unmet needs.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with executives, influencers, and end-users.
  • Accountability for client consumption, renewal, and retention results.
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of products and services.
